CHRISTMAS STUDIO MINI SESSIONS 2022 (DEPOSIT PAYMENT)

XMAS MINI SESSION'S ARE BACK! - Come and join me at my studio to capture special festive memories for you and your family.

Your mini session is secured with a £30.00 deposit, which is deducted from either package chosen. This year we have a choice of both light and airy and festive browns.

CHRISTMAS MINI SESSION T&C's - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

By booking this session you agree to the following:

- Babies must be able to sit UNAIDED, these sessions are not suitable for babies any younger than this unless accompanied with an older sibling that can hold them.

- Sibling groups of up to 3 children. x1 Additional sibling £10. Mixing families/friends IS NOT PERMITTED for these sessions due to the restricted time limit between each shoot. Sibling's only please. These sessions are child only sessions and family group images are not offered for these mini sessions.

For multiple children from families please book two mini sessions back to back for an extended session to capture all images and combinations.

- These mini sessions are 30 minutes long with 10 minutes for meeting and arrival / clothing changes etc.

- SESSIONS START AT THE BOOKED SESSION TIME.
Due to the nature of mini sessions, time is limited and there will be no time to extend sessions for any reason. It is advised that you arrive at the studio 5 minutes before your session time so your child/ren can become familiar and we have an opportunity to go over any questions you may have.

- Please bring you child/ren already dressed in the outfit you would like them to wear for their photos. If bringing multiple children please consider how their clothing works together and avoid large logos or characters on clothing. Clothing choices work best with colours of background. Browns, reds and creams, navy and golds and creams for the lighter set ups. If you would like any clothing recommendations please contact me prior to your session as I have some dresses you are welcome to use.

- A range of themed props will be available to use at your mini session (Not all studio props will be available) Some will have age restrictions and prop choices are at the discretion of the photographer.

- This year I have two set ups. One brown rustic designed as a Christmas kitchen set up and a white, gold and brown airy scene. You are welcome to use both sets in your session, however these are the only backdrop choices for these mini sessions as they are already set up.

- Your final gallery size will be dependent on the amount of children attending and how your child is on the day. I estimate each client to receive between 7-15 final images to view. If multiple children are attending I will aim to take singular and group images but again this is always dependent on the individual child and their mood and behaviour on the day.

- Approx 10 days after your session you will be sent an invitation to view your images and choose your package. Additional digitals and prints will be available to purchase for a discounted add on price. Images must be chosen within 3 days of viewing, after this date you will be unable to purchase your choices.

- You will have the option to purchase all additional digital images from your gallery if you wish for a discounted price on top of the higher package (OPTION TWO)

- Final payment of any orders must be received before anything are processed. This can be paid online via BAC's or cash at the studio.

- If you are unable to attend due to illness and you give me more than 24 hours notice I will endeavour to fit you in on another mini session date if I launch another, however this is at the discretion of the photographer as your deposit is non-refundable.

- Your images purchased will be emailed to you via a digital download. Downloadable digital images purchased are supplied with a print release. This includes printing copies for personal, friends and family use, Christmas cards and wall art like canvases and framing for your own use. Your print release DOES NOT include any commercial or promotional usage.
